I know that all my beasties can fit in with the Halloween spirit, but some I do specifically for Spooky Season. (Even if I have to start making them in Summer to have them done for Spooky Season.
I started doing little witch hat gnomes a few years back. This year I’m doing the big, elaborate versions.
Mycologists and magicians can both be weird bunches. It’s the kind of work that… grows on you. This gnomic beastie has definitely been out among the fungus. So much so that it’s hard to tell where the hat ends and the mushrooms begin.
